Application Fees Policy
ANZA SCHOLARS AFRICA – Fees, payment methods, and transparency.
1. Why We Charge an Application Fee
ANZA SCHOLARS AFRICA charges a small application fee to help cover the cost of processing applications: verifying documents, assessments, communication, and system upkeep. We keep fees as low as possible so that cost is not a barrier to talented learners. The fee also helps us run a fair and orderly selection process.
2. Who Pays the Fee
The same fee applies to all applicants, including orphans, students from marginalized communities, and learners with disabilities. We are committed to inclusion; the fee is set at a level that covers only essential processing, not to exclude anyone. If you are in exceptional hardship and cannot pay, please contact us before applying—we may be able to discuss options in genuine cases.
3. Application Fee Amounts
Fees are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and vary by education level. The exact amount is shown on the application form before you pay.

- Fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted and processed.
- If you paid by mistake (e.g. duplicate payment or wrong amount), contact us with proof and we will look into it.
4. How to Pay
Payment is made through our official channels only:
- Mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, HaloPesa)
- Bank transfer
You must pay the fee and provide your payment reference before you can submit the application. The form will show the exact amount and steps. After you submit, you will receive confirmation by email and SMS.
5. Proof of Payment
You must enter your payment or transaction reference on the application form. Applications without a valid reference cannot be processed. This helps us match your payment to your application quickly and fairly.
6. Transparency
All application fees are used only for operational and administrative costs (processing, verification, communication, systems). We do not use them for profit. We are committed to transparent and accountable use of every amount received.
7. Important Notice
Paying the application fee does not guarantee that you will be selected or sponsored. Selection is based on eligibility, academic merit, financial need, and the availability of sponsorship. The fee only covers the cost of considering your application.
